Women Leadership Program

Women who participate in this program are committed to make a difference in our world and driving change in their lives, organizations and communities.

Studies conducted over the years have proved that participation of women leaders in executive and decision-making positions is a key success factor to develop greater collaborative work among multi-task groups and to improve organizational performance.

Our Women’s Leadership Program is focused on developing women’s personal, organizational and sustainability competencies, as well as the capacities needed to lead to transformation and growth of more inclusive businesses.
