Peer Networking and guided coaching

It is generally accepted that two heads are better than one for facing and solving problems, making plans and discovering new approaches. So, if two heads are better than one, what about five, seven, ten….?

That is what peer group networking is about: a group of people in similar positions who want to improve and further expand their personal capabilities or share their experiences with others in their professional, personal, and social responsibility roles.

I believe in the power of collective intelligence and I am always delighted to guide and moderate the sessions…

I learn so much!

Peer networking with guided coaching will:

  • Give you valuable and important sources of experience and information from people in positions similar as yours.
  • Accelerate your learning process from the experience of peers who have gone through situations like to the ones you are facing today, with different outcomes.
  • Be challenged to look at given situations, how to solve a problem or how to carry out a project from different angles.
  • Have and give support and feedback in making decisions with more heads thinking about an outcome.
  • Grow a valuable network for you.
  • Give you a focus on community and teamwork.

What can we do together?
